"This place has been acting very unprofessional. I have a bad experience. I'm trying to cancel my apartment insurance in advance, but this place has been sent the refund check to the previous apartment when I specifically I explained to them I'm not going to get access to the mail after one month I received a phone call from Syra and she tried to excuse her self after month and after I sent the email CC Eddie Bermea on it just to let them know my experience without received properly information and professional treatment. I know he is going to excuse himself with LIES about last-minute exchange he verified by himself that the phone call was made 2 months in advance."
